1. Who we are
“Zanii Cyber”, “we”, and “us” refer to the Zanii Cyber product, operated by Bolingo Capital – FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@zanii.agency.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the public website at cyber.zanii.agency. Data handled during a security test (scan results, findings and reports) is covered by the written engagement for that test, and the scanner account at scan.zanii.agency has its own privacy page.
3. Data we collect
- Nothing by default. The site has no accounts and no sign-up. The report checker runs entirely in your browser; anything you paste into it is processed locally and never sent to us. We count visits with a cookieless counter that stores no IP addresses.
- Correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include.
- Server and security logs. Our hosting provider records standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp, page requested) to keep the service secure and available.
We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run behavioural profiling.
4. Why we process it (legal bases)
- Legitimate interests - keeping the site secure, preventing abuse, and understanding aggregate, non-identifying usage.
- Your consent / a step to enter a contract - when you contact us to request access, so we can reply and set up an engagement.
5. Retention
Security and server logs are rotated and deleted within 90 days unless needed for an active security investigation. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, then deleted on request or when no longer required.
6. Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We use a small number of processors, for hosting, content delivery, and email, who act on our instructions under contract. We may disclose data where legally required.
7. International transfers
Our hosting and email providers may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on providers that offer an adequate level of protection or appropriate contractual safeguards, consistent with the PDPL.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPL and comparable regimes, you may:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- request deletion, or restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing;
- lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

9. Security
The site is served over TLS. We minimise what we collect, the strongest protection for data is not holding it in the first place, a principle the product itself is built on.
10. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted.
